Simplify Your Exercise Routine with 30 Day Challenges

Think you don’t have time to exercise?  Well, you might not have a full 60 minutes to dedicate to fitness each and every day but I bet you have five minutes.  My son Lucas and I have started doing 30 Day Fitness Challenges together.  It has allowed us to fit a some simple exercise into our busy days!

The first was a 30 Day Plank Challenge.  We documented our progress on YouTube and by the end was up to a 5-minute plank!  Our new challenge is a 30 Day Wall Squat Challenge.  Progressing a little each and every day has helped us get fit and have fun at the same time.  This is what our challenge will look like:

Next time you think you just can’t fit any exercise into your already hectic schedule take a note from Lucas and I by trying a 30 Day Challenge.  I think you’ll be surprised by how much you can accomplish in such a little amount of time.
