The Decluttering Queen’s Freezer Meal Workshop Series – May 2017

Can I get a big “Yea!” to warmer days and sunny skies?  Spring is finally here and this month’s recipes is full of dishes for the season. Some are for the grill, others in the slow cooker, and many on the lighter side.  Nothing too heavy but all delicious.

For May, you will be making 9 recipes for a total of 19 freezer meals.  Most are doubled and one is even tripled (shredded BBQ chicken).  Keep in mind all my worksheets are 100% editable so take out anything you or your family doesn’t like!  They are based on a family of  four so you may want to increase or decrease the amounts as needed for your individual family size.

Here are the worksheets:

  2. Assembly Instructions – Freezer Meal Workshop May 2017

The Decluttering Queen’s Freezer Meal Tip for May

Every grilled kebobs?  While they may seem a little intimidating, they are easier than you think.  My best tip is to soak your bamboo skewers in water for an hour before placing the meat and veggies on.  This keeps the wood from catching fire!  You can place the kebobs directly on the grill grates or use a grill pan – it’s up to you.  Some veggies that work well are zucchini, mushrooms, peppers and even small red potatoes!
